We’ll send you our in-depth Client Intake Questionnaire. Please complete it at least 48 hours before your Discovery Session so we can do a thoughtful match.

Based on your goals, schedule, training availability, communication preferences, and areas you want to improve, we’ll recommend the best-fit coach (or confirm the coach you requested).

Your coach will reach out to schedule your 60-minute Discovery Session and outline next steps.

Kristin Armstrong
Kristin Armstrong is the most decorated U.S. women’s cyclist of all time and the best time trialist in the sport’s history. She is a three-time Olympic gold medalist, two-time World Champion and has won six U.S. National Championships. Kristin is a mom, wife, entrepreneur, public speaker, and cycling coach for high performance athletes at the world-class level—to athletes riding and training recreationally on Zwift—to those time-strapped cyclists looking for efficiency and effectiveness in their training. Kristin graduated from the University of Idaho with a B.S. in Exercise Physiology, and is committed to moving the dial on community health through initiatives like KX3 Lifestyle + Coaching. She is married to Joe Savola and they have a ten-year old son, Lucas. Kristin and her family continue to reside in Boise, Idaho where she is working on her autobiography.
Nicola CranmerÂ
Nicola’s background as a professional mountain biker was the catalyst for founding a women’s UCI professional cycling team in 2005. As Owner and General Manager of TWENTY28, she leads team operations and staff management, sponsor acquisition and partner support, and athlete recruitment and development. The program spans road, gravel, mountain, track, and eSports, with a long track record of developing athletes for Olympic-level performance.
Nicola is known for an Olympic-focused approach that has contributed to medal success across multiple Games, including London, Tokyo, and Paris. She has also served on USA Cycling’s UCI Track Committee and has been recognized for her impact on junior and women’s athlete development.
