What inspired you to become a coach?

Ruth has been working with Kristin for the past 5 years and she has truly made such a difference for Ruth both in cycling and in life. Between navigating college and racing bikes and changing disciplines Kristin was essential to Ruth’s success. Because of how impactful this has been for Ruth, she wants to be a coach in order to help do the same for others.

Consistency and continuing to show up will get you so much farther than you realize.

Favorite ride food?

Steak Tacos

Motivational warm up song:

Anything Taylor Swift!

Best advice you’ve ever been given

You have so much time to accomplish your goals! The most important thing is that you are having fun and are passionate about what you are doing.

Favorite words of inspiration:

"Nothing is easy, nothing is impossible."

How can you help a client reach their goal?

I have raced a variety of disciplines, took a year off, came back to racing, raced through middle school, high school, and university and still love riding and racing my bike. I think it is important to have a coach who understands training but also life outside of cycling and I think I can help with that!
